After more than a decade of leading organizational change for iconic NYC based hospitality brands such as Asia de Cuba, Gansevoort Meat Packing & Park Avenue Hotels, Coffee Shop & STK, Kelli Carucci has been called on by several other organizations to assist in developing products, brands & strategic partnerships. It was out of this need that KC Consulting was born.

On her own, Kelli has set up large scale joint ventures that include concept launches, amenity services and business solutions. At the same time, her passion for operations has taken her out to the Hamptons for the opening of Sag Harbor’s long awaited Baron’s Cove Hotel, to NYC’s Central Park Boathouse to answer their call for a new operator, and all the way to Atlanta, GA to launch an offsite catering facility and accounting technology change.

In her role as Corporate Director for Hotel Food & Beverage for the One Group, Kelli was pivotal in designing all start up Standard Operating Procedures for the company’s International hotel food & beverage portfolio, OneHospitality. In this position, Kelli was also accountable for bringing value to hotel partners as well as having full fiscal responsibility for her division. Early in her career Kelli was fortunate enough to have worked at the ionic Asia de Cuba as the Director of Food & Beverage – the flagship property of the Jeffery Chodorow/Ian Schrager Joint Venture (JVs) – where she was integral in transitioning the property from a private to public organization in addition to making the conversion to an organized union house under Local 6.
